Woodlawn Station
As part of the Preservation of Affordable Housing’s Woodlawn Choice Initiative, this three-building, 95,000-square-foot development provides 70 affordable housing units to Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood. The main building includes 55 units with 15,000 square feet of retail space, and the additional buildings include 12 and three units. Many of the apartments are adapted for handicapped accessibility. The facilities provide a welcoming and comfortable environment with sustainable and modern features.
This project received funding from the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IDHA).
