The Breakthrough FamilyPlex is a multifunctional community facility designed to support the East Garfield Park community through its wide array of supportive solutions. The new facility includes youth and preschool classrooms, a gymnasium, medical clinic, art studio, a community cafe, technology center, fitness center and playground.
