Multi-phased interior and exterior renovations and rehabilitation of 138 occupied units in an affordable housing complex. Exterior work included full lintel replacement, new windows, extensive masonry work on the facade, resurfacing of parking lots and new roofs for all buildings. Interior work included full replacement of all water piping and kitchen and bath renovations with extensive abatement procedures required.
